David Girard (He/Him)
David’s insurance defence practice includes professional liability (civil and regulatory matters), errors & omissions, property loss, construction disputes, directors & officers liability, occupiers liability and coverage matters.
David recognizes the importance of commercial awareness in resolving disputes in an efficient manner.
David has conducted mediations and settlement negotiations involving complex commercial disputes. David has appeared in front of the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.
